SOLUTION

To increase buying frequency, one of the way is to increase user engagement. It was 2010 when Facebook social games are very popular in Indonesia, so we decide to ride this trend to increase user engagement by creating Shopping Paradise, a Facebook social game that aligns with LivingSocial’s shopping & discount’s soul.
