Social simulation game to digitally engage with LOTTE Shopping Avenue customers
Year 2013, LOTTE, one of the leading shopping retail in the world, were preparing for the opening of their first department store in Jakarta, Indonesia. To support the opening digitally, they need an engaging digital activity that can eventually drive more traffic to the mall.
Looking at the target audience that are familiar with Facebook social game, also aligning with the client’s identity as a mall and the objective to provide engaging activity, we created Lotte Avenue Begins, a Facebook social game where people can be a manager of virtual LOTTE mall that we designed similar with the real mall, that is featuring unique real decoration and real tenants in the mall.
