In 2019, Danamon Bank Indonesia recognized the need to refresh their employees’ knowledge, particularly in preparation for certification tests. The challenge was to make learning more engaging and effective, as traditional methods often failed to capture employees’ attention due to their daily work responsibilities. To address this, Danamon partnered with Level Up powered by Agate to develop D’Shima, a gamified learning solution designed to make the learning process enjoyable and efficient.
Danamon Bank aimed to create an SSO Knowledge Refreshment Game that would be accessible via SAP Success Factors on both PC and smartphones. The objective was to provide an interactive and fresh learning experience that would prepare employees for their certification tests in a more engaging way.
