Oriflame, a global beauty company, held the Oriflame Beauty Entrepreneur Summit 2025 to celebrate and empower aspiring entrepreneurs and brand partners. As part of the initiative, Oriflame needed a compelling, immersive tool to introduce the entrepreneurial journey in a modern and engaging way—particularly targeting new and potential brand partners. 

Background

Oriflame, a global beauty company, held the Oriflame Beauty Entrepreneur Summit 2025 to celebrate and empower aspiring entrepreneurs and brand partners. As part of the initiative, Oriflame needed a compelling, immersive tool to introduce the entrepreneurial journey in a modern and engaging way—particularly targeting new and potential brand partners.

Educates users on Oriflame’s business model. 

Inspires prospective brand partners through a gamified journey. 

Engages new users with an interactive onboarding into entrepreneurship. 

Supports recruitment efforts during the 2025 summit and beyond. 

Solution

To help prospective brand partners understand the full scope of being an Oriflame entrepreneur, we created an interactive, simulation-based experience that mirrors the real business journey. The Oriflame Business Simulation is structured into four progressive modules, each designed to reflect the critical aspects of Oriflame’s entrepreneurial model: 

Product Knowledge

Users begin their journey by exploring Oriflame’s product lines. This module: 

  • Introduces key products and their unique selling points. 
  • Helps users understand how to match products with customer needs. 
  • Builds foundational knowledge critical for confident selling. 

Sales Simulation

The second module simulates real-world selling scenarios. Here, users: 

  • Engage in mock customer interactions and select recommended products. 
  • Learn how to calculate profit margins and sales points. 
  • Understand how every sale contributes to their business goals. 

Team Development

Entrepreneurship in Oriflame thrives on leadership. This module teaches users how to: 

  • Build and grow their own team of brand partners. 
  • Support and coach their downline effectively. 
  • Recognize how teamwork drives business scalability. 

Network Optimization

Finally, users are introduced to strategic planning techniques to expand their influence: 

  • Analyze network performance and identify areas of growth. 
  • Apply tools and tactics to maximize rewards from Oriflame’s compensation system.
