Erajaya manages a vast network of B2B dealers across Indonesia, each interacting with the Erajaya for Business platform to restock devices and accessories. While the transactional flow was effective, dealers lacked ongoing motivation that encouraged frequent visits or higher spending.
Erajaya sought a strategic solution to enhance engagement, reward loyal partners, and create a more interactive digital ecosystem. Level Up powered by Agate was brought in to design and build a full gamification layer integrated into the existing B2B platform.
