With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the need for virtual events skyrocketed. In response, Level Up powered by Agate developed Venhall, a fully customizable virtual venue designed to host industry-specific events, tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions. Venhall combines immersive technology with ease of use, offering a practical and engaging solution for event organizers and participants.
The primary objective was to help clients overcome social distancing restrictions by offering a customizable and immersive virtual venue that meets diverse event needs.
The challenge was to design a platform that was both user-friendly for event organizers and immersive for participants. The platform needed to replicate the feel of a physical venue while leveraging the advantages of virtual interaction.
The Venhall team collaborated with Krista Exhibition to research and develop the platform, ensuring it met the needs of businesses transitioning to virtual events. Using tools like Unity, Unreal Engine, and Blender, the team built features that cater to various event types:

The “Road to Anfield” became a popular attraction within the AXA Experience Zone, drawing in football fans and fitness enthusiasts alike. The game successfully promoted the importance of physical fitness while strengthening the emotional connection between fans and Liverpool FC.
