Bridge Pass is a game that challenges a player’s ability to estimate distance and react quickly. Players take on the role of a determined adventurer tasked with crossing a series of unpredictable cliffs. These cliffs vary in size and appear at random intervals, demanding strategic bridge construction (well, sort of!).
The gameplay is simple yet engaging. Instead of directly building the bridge, the player controls its length by clicking and holding anywhere on the screen. The longer the player holds, the longer the bridge extends upwards from that point. The objective is for the player to estimate the exact length needed to reach the other side of the cliff.
Success hinges on the player achieving the perfect bridge length. If the player’s bridge falls short, their character will plummet to the ground, and the game ends. Building a bridge too long also results in failure, as it extends beyond the cliff’s edge.
Sometimes, a hidden coin appears beneath the perfect-sized bridge. To collect this bonus, the player needs to react quickly. A single tap flips the player’s character upside down, allowing them to walk on the underside of the bridge and grab the coin. However, be mindful – another tap is needed for the player to flip their character back upright before reaching the end of the bridge. Missing this second tap results in the player’s character bumping into the bottom of the platform and ending the game.
