Background
Astra Virtue serves as one of Astra Group's primary recruitment channels, promoting job vacancies across Astra Group companies during the Astra Group Job Fair and other recruitment initiatives. It provides a centralized platform for job postings while strengthening employer branding by showcasing Astra's work environment and employee experience.
Objective
Our aim is to revamp the Astra Virtue website to make it more engaging, informative, and interactive. The enhanced platform improves two-way communication between candidates and recruitment teams and introduces an immersive 360-degree virtual experience similar to an offline job fair. It also supports a broader range of Astra Group recruitment events and can accommodate multiple events simultaneously.
