Objective
Minutes of Managers Community brought together business owners, managers, and executives around leadership topics. Level Up aimed to make the event more engaging through interactive activities that encouraged reflection, competition, and networking.
Solution
Two interactive booths were presented:
- Manager Personality Test: revealed participants’ leadership archetypes.
- Interactive Boxing Game: let participants compete for the highest score.
Results
Participants could receive shareable leadership personality results and compete in a score-based boxing game during the meetup.
